What areas do you cover?
We currently collect across Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. Enter your Eircode at checkout and we'll confirm coverage for your address.
How does the first collection work?
After you sign up, we'll schedule your first collection based on your area. Use any bag or box for your first collection — we'll deliver your free reusable GlassBag on that day.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime with no penalties through the customer portal. Annual subscribers are billed upfront for 12 months. You can manage your subscription via the link in your confirmation email.
What if I'm not home on collection day?
No need to be home. Just leave your filled GlassBag outside your front door before collection time. We'll send you text reminders the night before and one hour before we arrive.
What can I put in the bag?
Glass bottles, glass jars, and broken glass of any size. Please rinse bottles and jars and remove lids. We cannot accept ceramics, Pyrex, or window glass.
Do I need more than one bag?
Most households find one bag is plenty — it fits 60+ bottles and jars. If you need more capacity, you can add extra bags when signing up.
